Portrait of a Young Gymnast

The catalyst for ‘Girls Project’ began here with my gymnastics students in Savannah, Georgia. I asked for them to stand for a portrait & pose how they feel most confident, most themselves, how they would present themselves in competition. They showed up with complete honesty whether they excel in the spotlight or prefer to show a bit more unnoticed. Each individual represents a truly perfect, honest outward embodiment of the personality I gotten to know behind them.
